Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a direct tracking link.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tracked shipping across Europe and worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days depending on your location and local customs processing speed.

  • Shipping Cost:  Free Global Shipping on all orders over $50

Note on tracking: Once your package is dispatched, please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking status to update on the carrier's platform. You can monitor your shipment anytime via the "Track Your Order" page in our main menu.

Import Duties, Customs, and VAT

For all orders shipped to the European Union (EU) and the United States, applicable VAT and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. You will not face any unexpected customs fees or import duties upon delivery. For deliveries outside these regions, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country; XNoctera is not responsible for these charges if they apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at support@xnoctera.com. We will launch an investigation with the courier service to locate your gear or arrange a solution.
