XNoctera Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for gearing up with XNoctera. We stand behind the durability and performance of our tactical and outdoor equipment. However, if a piece of gear doesn't meet your operational requirements, we are here to assist you with a return.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your gear must be in the exact condition you received it: unused, uninflated (for inflatable models), with all original tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items (Defects)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact our support team at support@xnoctera.com immediately. Provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. We will review it and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xnoctera.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned gear, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
